Position: Senior Manager – Finance
Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
Department: Finance
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lender reporting, MIS, financial reports, and stock statements.
- Monitor borrowing covenants and maintain compliance trackers.
- Handle reporting and compliance for listed NCDs, including coordination with Debenture Trustees and SEBI (LODR) requirements.
- Maintain loan documentation, borrowing records, and utilization tracking.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, trustees, auditors, rating agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Support audits, lender due diligence, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs and internal governance frameworks.
- Drive process improvements through automation and robust data management.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA preferred; MBA (Finance) or equivalent with relevant experience will also be considered.
- 4–8 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Lender Management within an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of lender reporting, debt documentation, covenant monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
