Position: Assistant Manager – Finance Reporting

As an Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting, for Pune, Pimpri Location, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of Danfoss’s financial performance. Your work will directly support business decisions, strengthen financial integrity, and build trust with internal stakeholders and auditors.
You will be at the center of financial reporting—translating complex data into meaningful insights that guide the business. From closing processes to audit coordination, you will help ensure that our reporting meets the highest global standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Review and analyze entity financials and variances to provide clear insights for business decision-making
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance to ensure adherence to IFRS, Ind-AS, and group standards
- Coordinate and manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with strong financial reporting expertise
- Hands-on experience with financial closing, reporting, and audit management in a corporate environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, Ind-AS, and statutory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SAP (FICO) and strong analytical skills using Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is expected
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
