From steelmaking capacity of 40 lakh tonnes per annum (Goa and Bokaro), we will scale to 100 lakh tonnes per annum as we can leverage the availability of gas at our doorstep. We have the backing of high-quality and best captive iron ore mines in Goa, Odisha and Karnataka that will help us scale to 100 lakh tonnes per annum and then 150 lakh tonnes per annum.

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful individual to join us as a Business Controller-VISL, to drive its momentum forward and deliver on our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, management reporting, and performance tracking against business plans, including key operational metrics.
- Drive financial performance improvement through in-depth analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
- Monitor and analyse critical financial indicators, including cost efficiency, capacity utilization, productivity, and asset optimization.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking to pinpoint areas for financial and operational improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including the development of standardized and ad-hoc reports, analytical tools, and dashboards to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Candidate Profile
• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with strong financial and strategic acumen
• 12+ years of relevant experience
