About the role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function while working closely with the
Promoters and senior leadership on strategic initiatives across the Group. This role offers exposure to finance, corporate strategy,
capital raising and business expansion, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance and accounting function across multiple
group entities. - Oversee financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting,
MIS and statutory compliance. - Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, financial
modelling and business growth initiatives. - Support capital raising, acquisitions, corporate actions and
other strategic projects. - Prepare Board and management presentations, Annual
Report inputs and key business reports. - Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, regulators and other
external stakeholders. - Manage ESOP accounting and compliance
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Listed NBFC, Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Wealth Management, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills.
- A proactive professional with strong ownership and execution skills.
