A publicly listed, tech-first NBFC looking for a VP Finance to lead our entire finance function and report directly to the Co-Founder & CFO.
Non-negotiable requirements:
✅ 8+ years in finance leadership (NBFC / fintech / bank / financial services)
✅ Hands-on experience across FP&A, Treasury, and Controllership
✅ Strong grip on RBI / NBFC compliance & audit requirements
✅ Solid understanding of ALM, liquidity, and digital lending unit economics
✅ Proven experience managing and mentoring finance teams
