Hiring Chartered Accountant – Merchant Banking
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Merchant Banking team.
Experience required: 1–5 years
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities include:
- Review of Restated Financial Statements for IPOs and other capital market transactions.
- Review the application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ensure accurate accounting treatment and regulatory-compliant financial disclosures.
- Prepare and review financial chapters of DRHP and RHP documents.
- Execute Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assignments, including financial analysis, identification of key risks and preparation of due diligence reports.
- Analyze financial statements, accounting policies and key business metrics to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.
- Liaise with clients, statutory auditors, legal counsel and other intermediaries to drive seamless transaction execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, SEBI regulations, Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
Preferred Profile:
Qualified CA with relevant experience in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Ind AS, capital market regulations and due diligence.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
